Today, Sunday morning, I thought I’d show you my best scrambled eggs recipe. In my opinion and the family, the best breakfast is made of eggs in different ways.

This is because the eggs are an important source of proteins, vitamins, and minerals that are necessary for the body. And secondly, the eggs recipes are delicious and cook very quickly.

The fastest option is to make fried eggs, a recipe loved by the whole family, with a little kneaded cheese above.

We also eat boiled eggs at breakfast, such as soft-boiled eggs or Benedikt eggs. Or hard-boiled eggs such as Easter breakfast with boiled ham, sweet bread, and butter.

Usually, when I make scrambled eggs, I use the ingredients I have in the refrigerator.

Today I use red onion, smoked bacon, cheese, and a little sour cream.

Of course, instead of bacon, we can use fried sausages or smoked sausages, or any meat from the steak left yesterday.

Because I cook for two people, I needed four eggs, two red onions and a piece of cheese. I also used about 100 g of smoked and chopped bacon, and about a tablespoon of sour cream.

To begin with, I chopped the two onions, but not very small, I like to feel the taste of fried onions. It can also cut julienne if someone wants it.

In the end, I smash a piece of cheese, which I mix in the eggs, slowly this time. You can use any kind of cheese you have in the house and you will like it.

In a non-stick frying pan, I warmed a tablespoon of sunflower oil and put the bacon to fry.
