Another recommendation would be to use several types of tomatoes, so you can combine several flavours, I used four types of tomatoes.

We also need mozzarella, from which we used 250 g and some basil leaves, with which we will flavour the salad.

In my opinion, this is one of the easiest salads and one of the fastest recipes I’ve made. First, we have to slice the tomatoes, so we started with the big ones that we washed and cut them in half first.

Then I cut them in half again and sliced them, because I didn’t want to have very large slices.

I continued with the yellow tomatoes, which is a little smaller I only cut them in two and then I sliced them.

We place them on top of the other sliced tomatoes on a larger plate.

I decided to season them now because I can mix them better, so I put a teaspoon of sea salt, a teaspoon of freshly ground pepper and a teaspoon of dried oregano.

Now we can slice the two pieces of mozzarella, into not too large slices, ideally, it should be the size of tomato slices.
