After many attempts and changes, I found the best turkey meatloaf recipe, from boiled turkey drumsticks and fresh vegetables. It is a continuation of a previous recipe, world best turkey soup recipe, from which I took out the turkey drumsticks and used them to make them this delicious recipe.

In fact, this meatloaf recipe can be made from almost any kind of meat, from beef or pork to any poultry. I use the same method, first boil the meat for the soup, then make meatloaf out of it.

Usually, meatloaf is made from minced meat, but if I use boiled meat, I will cut it into pieces first, and finally grind it with the mixer, following that everything will be baked in the oven in the form of a cake.

Let’s Start With Ingredients.

As I said, I used boiled meat from the soup, in our case two boiled turkey drumsticks.

We stop the fire and let everything cool down a bit, so we can work easier. Transfer everything to a larger bowl where we can grind everything with a blender.
