Ingredients

Best Homemade Guacamole Recipe-Ingredients

The main ingredient of the guacamole recipe is of course the avocado, from which I will use three pieces of ripe avocados, from which I will make a dip for three people. To these, I will add cayenne pepper, lemon juice, half a red onion, a handful of chives and a little extra virgin olive oil.

As you can see, I will not use coriander because I belong to the group of those who do not like this ingredient and I replaced it with chives and at the end, I will add a little chopped parsley.

Preparing the Ingredients

Preparing the ingredients does not take long, I start with the avocados that I first cut in half and removed the seeds. I peeled the red onion and cut the cayenne pepper in half lengthwise and removed the seeds to temper its spiciness.
