I thought I'd present you with a delicious oven roasted turkey thighs recipe today, which will serve with mashed potatoes. It is a simple recipe, easy to cook but very tasty.

Well, Let's Start With the Marinade
I used a larger piece of turkey thigh from this recipe, about 900 g, enough for four people. If the turkey thigh is smaller, you can put two pieces.
I chose a turkey thigh without skin but with the bone for a better taste.
As you can see, I seasoned them with a teaspoon of sea salt and one teaspoon of freshly ground pepper.
Also, I add a tablespoon of marjoram, one tablespoon of thyme, one tablespoon of vegetable mix and a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Above it, I pour 150 ml of sunflower oil and one cup of beer, resulting in a marinade, in which I left the meat for about an hour.
How to Make the Oven Roasted Turkey Thighs Recipe?
Very simple! I took an oven tray of the right size and chose the heat-resistant glass tray. Put turkey thighs in it, along with the marinade.
I add one apple and one pear for more flavour and cut them in two.
All we have to do is cover with aluminium foil and place it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for one hour.
Remove the aluminium foil and leave for about 15 minutes until it is copper.
We sprinkle the meat with the juice from the tray from time to time.
How to Serve the Dish?
I like to serve these delicious oven-roasted turkey thighs with mashed potatoes and a delicious cucumber salad next to them.
But whoever wants it can serve it with rice or polenta.
