Well, let’s start!
From this recipe I used a larger piece of turkey thigh, about 900 g, enough for four people. If the turkey pulps are smaller, you can put two pieces.
For a better taste I chose turkey thigh without skin, but with bone.
I seasoned them as you can see with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Also, I put a tablespoon of marjoram, thyme, a spoon of vegetable mix and a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Above it I poured 150 ml of sunflower oil and a glass of beer, resulting a marinade, in which I left the meat for about an hour.
How to cook the oven roasted turkey thighs?
Very simple! I took an oven tray of the right size, I chose the heat-resistant glass tray.
I put turkey thigh in it, along with the marinade.
For more flavor, I added an apple and a pear, cut in two.
All we have to do is cover with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for one hour.
We remove the aluminum foil and leave about 15 minutes, until it has a copper color.
From time to time we sprinkle the meat with the juice from the tray.
It can be served!
I chose to serve mashed potatoes as a side dish next to oven roasted turkey thighs.
But whoever wants it can serve with rice or polenta.
For the menu to be complete, I also recommend a summer salad or cucumber salad as I did.
I wish you a good appetite for this special recipe.
Tips
Don’t forget to serve with meat, delicious baked apples and pears. Their flavors will delight you.
If you do not have turkey, you can try roasted chicken leg in oven, which is also tasty.
