Place the turkey thighs in a bowl and sprinkle it with all the spices: salt, freshly ground pepper, thyme, marjoram, garlic powder, and the vegetable mix.
Drizzle it with about 150 ml of sunflower oil and rub the spices and oil into the meat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the meat marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Chose a tray large enough to hold the meat. Pour about 100 ml of sunflower oil onto the bottom of the tray and arrange the turkey thighs in it along with the marinade.
Around the turkey thighs, place two apples cut in half and pour the beer around them.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and place it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius Fan (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue roasting for about 20-30 minutes, or until the turkey thighs are golden brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes and cucumber salad.
