Remove the end of the wing by cutting it and putting it in the glass bowl.

Notes
Use chicken wings in two joints because the third joint, the end of the wing, is thinner and burns more quickly.You can replace honey with brown sugar or maple syrup and use sweet BBQ sauce for greasing.
