Ribeye steak in air fryer served on a mix of salads and cherry tomatoes is every man’s dream for the dinner menu. It is a simple recipe that is easy to make, even for beginners in the kitchen, and I recommend it to everyone.
Season the steak with sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper and a little garlic powder to enhance the flavour.
Preheat the air fryer to 205 Celsius for four minutes, line the drawer with parchment paper and spray with a bit of olive oil so that the meat does not stick.
Place the seasoned ribeye steak in the air fryer and turn it to 205 Celsius (400 F) for six minutes for rare cooked.
Remove the steak from a plate, taking care that the appliance is hot, and let it rest for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve on a bed of cherry tomato salad dressing over which pour a little balsamic vinegar and a glass of beer next to it.
