Ingredients

  • 1 piece red onion
  • 1 piece English cucumber
  • 3 pieces tomatoes
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 100 g olives
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 pieces lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut the onion into four, then slice it. Cut the cucumber along in two, remove the core with a teaspoon and slice it. Cut the tomatoes into four and cut into slices.
  • In a bowl mix the olive oil with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Add in dressing on the turn, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta and olives. Mix easily.
