Today, let's make a simple turkey fried rice recipe from dinner, prepared very quickly and healthy and low in fat.



Frying Turkey Meat

Fry the chopped onion for about two minutes, season with sea salt and sweet paprika powder, then put the turkey meat in the pot.

All Ingredients in the Pot

Fry 2 minutes over medium heat, add 100 ml of water, simmer for fifteen minutes and add the rice and frozen vegetables.

Simmering the Dish

Add two cups of hot water (the same amount as rice) and a vegetable mix for soups and simmer over medium heat for about ten to fifteen minutes.

Ready to Serve

The dish is ready when the rice is done and has absorbed all the liquid. If the fluid is gone and the rice is not ready, add more warm water.

Serving the Fried Rice

Serve warm, on a flat plate and necessarily with some pickles next to it, I chose pickled cucumbers, but it also goes well with beetroot salad.
