An idea of an easy lunch menu that can be made easily and quickly would be the tuna corn salad recipe with red onion, dill and without mayonnaise.

Tuna Chunks and Onion

Pour the tuna chunks from the can into the bowl, together with the oil, and add the chopped red onion.

Add the Sweet Corn

Strain the canned sweet corn in a sieve to get rid of the water and add to the ingredients in the bowl.

Add the Chopped Dill

Add finely chopped dill, season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, finely chopped thyme and lemon juice.

Serving the Tuna Corn Salad

Leave in the fridge for ten minutes to homogenize all the flavours, then serve with fresh bread and more lemon juice.
