-Soft Cream Cheese -Whole Free Range Eggs -Caster Sugar -Semolina -Sour Cream -Unsalted Butter -Raisins -Glace Cherries -Lemon Zest

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS          IN THE BOWL

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the fruit.

Mix well with an electric mixer until you get a homogeneous paste.

ADD THE FRUITS

Add the fruits like grated lemon peel, raisins and the glace cherries. You can add any candied fruit you want, such as prunes or apricots.

Take a springform, grease it everywhere with butter and pour in the cheesecake batter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dough for about 45-50 minutes, until it turns golden.

You can serve the cake with other fresh fruits such as grapes, strawberries or raspberries or whoever wants with a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream.
