I thought I'd present you a delicious oven roasted turkey thighs recipe today, which will serve with mashed potatoes.
Season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, marjoram, thyme, vegetable mix and garlic powder, pour the oil and the beer and rest for an hour.
In a tray, put the turkey thighs along with the marinade; add one apple and pear cut in two, cover with foil and bake at 200 C (392 F) for 1 hour.
Remove the aluminium foil and roast for about 15 minutes until it is copper. Baste the meat with the juice from the tray from time to time.
Serve these delicious roasted turkey thighs with mashed potatoes and a tasty cucumber salad next to them.
