In a deeper pan, heat the olive oil, and fry the prawns for one minute on each side, then take them out on a plate.
In the same pan, add more olive oil, and fry the sliced peppers and the carrots cut into cubes for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add the sliced cabbage, stir everything for five minutes until the cabbage softens but remains crispy, and add the diced pineapple.
After two minutes, add the noodles, stir with the vegetables with light movements and pour over the black soy and teriyaki sauce.
Cook the noodles for three minutes, add the fried prawns back to the pan and mix lightly, leaving it to heat for a minute.
Add the spring onion at the end because I want to give the dish a fresh green shade; stir and leave on the fire for two or three minutes.
