OVEN BAKED PORK STEAK

PLACE THE STEAKS IN THE                        TRAY

-Season the meat slices with sea salt and freshly ground peppers. -Place the steaks in the baking dish.

SEASONING THE STEAKS

-Season with marjoram and a few sprigs of thyme. -Add garlic cloves and bell peppers cut in four.

ADD LIQUID IN THE TRAY

-Sprinkle with sunflower oil and add the beer to be juicier. -Cover with aluminium foil and place it in the preheated oven at 240 Celsius (460 F).

TAKE OFF THE FOIL

-Leave the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes at 240 Celsius(460 F). -Reduce the temperature to 150 Celsius (300 F) and bake for 1 hour when removing the foil.

BAKED PORK STEAKS

-Put the tray back in the oven and let it fry for about 30-40 minutes until the meat has a golden colour and the beer evaporates. 

SERVING THE PORK STEAKS

-Serve it warm and with mashed potatoes, a cabbage or tomato salad and a glass of cold beer.
