OVEN BAKED PORK STEAK
Because I don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, I will make an easy oven baked pork steak recipe today, which will be soft, juicy and tasty.
PLACE THE STEAKS IN THE TRAY
Season the meat with sea salt and freshly ground peppers. Place the steaks in the baking dish.
SEASONING THE STEAKS
Season with marjoram and a few sprigs of thyme. Add garlic cloves and bell peppers cut in four.
ADD LIQUID IN THE TRAY
Sprinkle with sunflower oil and pour the beer. Cover with aluminium foil and place it in the preheated oven at 240 C (460 F).
TAKE OFF THE FOIL
Cook for about 20 minutes at 240 C(460 F). Reduce the temperature to 150 C (300 F) and continue for 1 hour when removing the foil.
BAKED PORK STEAKS
Put the tray back in the oven and let it fry for about 30-40 minutes until the meat has a golden colour and the beer evaporates.
SERVING THE PORK STEAKS
Serve it warm and with mashed potatoes, a cabbage or tomato salad and a glass of cold beer.
