BOILED TAGLIATELLE

-Boil the noodle pasta; put them in boiling water with a bit of salt and boil for about five minutes. -After they boiled, pour the noodles into a strainer to drain.

-Put the cream cheese in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, egg yolks, sugar, lemon zest, sea salt and vanilla essence. -Mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer.

-In a large bowl, pour the cream cheese over the tagliatelle. -Mix easier not to crush the pasta, but the cheese cover the noodles well.

-Beat the egg whites until you get a consistent foam but not very hard. -Pour half of the foam and easily incorporate it with a wooden spoon.

-Prepare an oven tray and pour the whole composition into it. -Cover with foil, put it in the preheated oven at 180 Celsius and bake for 30 minutes.

-Remove the foil, add the remaining egg white foam, and put it back in the oven. -Bake for another ten minutes until it acquires a beautiful golden colour.

-Cut the noodle kugel with raisins into cubes, sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top and enjoy it with a delicious blueberry jam.
