-Remove the avocado core from the peel and cut it into small cubes.
-Mash the avocado pieces with a fork until I get an inhomogeneous paste.
ADD THE INGREDIENTS
-Add the chopped onion, cayenne pepper and chives.
-Squeeze the lemon juice, season with sea salt, ground pepper and add extra virgin olive oil.
MIX THE GUACAMOLE
-Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon.
-Add the chopped parsley and mix again to incorporate all the ingredients.
SERVING THE HOMEMADE GUACAMOLE
-Serve it in a bowl with some crackers or tortilla chips.
You can also toast some bread and cut it into sticks to soak in this dip.
