Cream Cheese Filling Crepes
Because I felt the need to eat something sweet, I thought to show you how I make the cream cheese filling crepes recipe.
Beat the eggs with a whisk, add melted butter and sugar, and continue until the sugar dissolves. Continue with flour and sparkling water and mix it up to get a fluid batter.
Cream Cheese Mix
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and add the lemon zest, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous paste.
Heat a pan and grease with sunflower oil. Pour one ladle of batter and fry for 1-2 minutes; when the edges of the crepe begin to catch the colour, turn the crepe on the other side.
Filling the Crepes
After you finish frying all the crepes, you can go over to fill them. Spread a tablespoon of cheese mix on half of the crepes, fold the other half over, then fold it once more.
Serving the Cream Cheese Crepes
Serve the cream cheese filling crepes sprinkled with powdered sugar and add raspberry jam on the top.
