Open the canned beans, pour the contents into a sieve, and drain the juice. Put the beans in the mixing bowl

ADD THE SLICED ONIONS

Slice thinly the red onion or chop them. Sprinkle the sliced onion over the beans in a bowl, unwrapping it by hand.

SEASON THE SALAD

Season the salad with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and pour a little sunflower oil. Gently mix with a spoon.

ADD THE PARSLEY
