drain the butter                         beans

-Open the canned beans, pour the contents into a sieve, and drain the juice. -Put the beans in the mixing bowl

ADD THE SLICED ONIONS

-Slice thinly the red onion or chop them. -Sprinkle the sliced onion over the beans in a bowl, unwrapping it by hand.

SEASON THE SALAD

-Season the salad with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and pour a little sunflower oil. -Gently mix with a spoon.

ADD THE PARSLEY

-Add the finely chopped parsley (I use frozen) and mix. -If it's too dry, add more sunflower oil.

ADD SUNDRIED TOMATOES

-Take a few sundried tomatoes and chop them. -Add the chopped sundried tomatoes to the salad.

SERVE THE SIMPLE BUTTER         BEANS SALAD

-Let the salad rest for at least 10-15 minutes. -Serve with fresh bread or as a side dish with meatballs or other types of roasted meat.
