TURKEY TENDERLOIN RECIPE
A unique menu for dinner, which in my opinion is the best turkey tenderloin recipe, with red grapes and single cream, it is a real treat.
Seasoned Turkey Slices
Season the turkey slices with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and put them on a plate.
Frying Seasoned Slices
Heat 50 ml of olive oil in a deeper frying pan and fry the meat. While the tenderloin is frying over medium heat, sprinkle with dried thyme.
Fry for about 1-2 minutes until it gets a golden colour, turn them on the other side for another 1-2 minutes, take them out on a plate, and put them aside.
Frying Onions and Grapes
Put the butter to melt in the same pan and fry the sliced shallots for about 5 minutes on medium heat and add the grapes.
Put Back the Meat
Season it with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, leave it for about three minutes, then put the fried meat back in the pan.
Sprinkle with sweet paprika on top, pour hot water and dried vegetable mix, add the BBQ sauce and let it simmer for half an hour.
Turkey Tenderloin is Ready
After half an hour, add the single cream, simmer for another minute, and the turkey tenderloin is ready to serve.
Serving the Dish
You can serve the turkey tenderloin with mashed potatoes, rice, sauteed vegetables, or even french fries.
