-Take the chicken drumsticks, wipe them with a paper towel, season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and coat them with flour.

-Fry the chicken drumsticks until they catch a crust and turn a golden colour. -Remove the drumsticks and put them aside .

-Fry the chopped shallots, ginger, chilli and garlic in melted butter for one minute. -Add the chopped pepper and leek, continue to fry for 3 minutes.

-Season with sea salt, add the black soy sauce and then put back the chicken drumsticks. -Add two cups of water and simmer for about twenty minutes.

-Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook them for another ten minutes until they soften a little.

-Add the bamboo shoots and teriyaki sauce and simmer for another five minutes. -The teriyaki chicken is ready to serve.

-Serve this teriyaki chicken with tagliatelle pasta, and on top, can sprinkle it with chopped spring onions.
