-Slice the ribeye steak into strips. -Season it with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. -Fry the beef strips for a minute, and then take them out on a plate.

-Melt the butter and fry the chopped onion and garlic for 1 minutes. -Add the mushrooms, season with ground pepper, sea salt and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add flour, stir and let it 1 minute to fry.  Add the mustard, sea salt, beef stock and simmer for about 5 minutes.  Pour the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.

FINISHING THE STROGANOFF

Add the pre-fried meat strips, the chopped parsley and turn off the heat.

SERVING IDEAS

-Served immediately with polenta, some pickles for acidity and then a large glass of cold beer.  -Also can be served with noodle, rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
