Greek Lamb Chops

Mix in a jar the crushed garlic, the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the grated zest, dried oregano and the extra virgin olive oil. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Frying Lamb Chops
Heat one the extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and then fry the lamb chops two minutes on one side
