Today I will show you how to make a quick and tasty dessert, and we will make an apple shortcrust pastry recipe, a delicious apple strudel.
Peel the apples, grate them on the large grater, sprinkle with lemon juice, and add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon powder.
Divide the grated apples in half and put them over the two pieces of dough, squeezing the juice before filling the dough.
Roll the sheets of dough, place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper, grease with beaten egg and then sprinkle sugar on top.
Put the baking tray in the preheated oven at 180 C (356 F) and bake it for 30-40 minutes until we get the desired colour.
Cut them into 2,5-3 cm (1-1.5 inch) slices and sprinkle with powdered sugar, and if you add a spoonful of vanilla ice cream, it will be amazing.
